This week Noah speaks with Luke Coles about meandering career paths and the importance of educators supporting their students.
Coles is a Toronto-based educator who founded THRIVE in 2021. His career in education has spanned over 30 years, and he has been a high-performance tennis coach, a teacher and Vice Principal at The Sterling Hall School, and Founding Principal of Blyth Academy Lawrence Park. Now a Guidance specialist and Life Coach, Luke works with students and young professionals, and has a growing team of coaches, social workers, teachers and psychotherapists contributing to, and delivering, the Thrive experience.
